I am fascinated by people and have been an enthusiastic photographer for most of my life. Having taken early retirement after a 30 year career in the NHS as a Clinical Psychologist I am now fortunate enough to be able to spend more time combining both interests in the form of candid street photography.
There is nothing I like better than wandering aimlessly around the streets of Manchester, camera in hand, looking for the unusual, the humorous, the absurd, that slight gesture that makes a compelling street image.
I shoot with Fuji X-T2 and typically use Fuji 23mm and XF 55-200mm zoom.
